MilavikaFit — Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-08-28
What MilavikaFit is
MilavikaFit estimates the calories and nutrients of what you eat from photographs of a meal, photographs of a printed nutrition label, barcodes, a public food database, and a sentence you speak or type, and keeps a diary of it. By using the app you agree to these terms.
MilavikaFit is not medical advice
Every number in this app is an estimate. Photograph-based estimates in particular are approximations produced by a model, and a food database entry is only as accurate as whoever entered it.
Nothing in MilavikaFit is medical, nutritional or clinical advice, none of it is a diagnosis, and none of it is a substitute for a doctor or a registered dietitian. Speak to a health professional before changing your diet — and especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition, or in treatment for an eating disorder. Do not use MilavikaFit to make a clinical decision.
Your account
You need an account, you must be 16 or older, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us at support@milavikafit.app if you think someone else has access.
Subscription, trial and cancellation
MilavikaFit Pro costs $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year; your own store shows the price in your own currency. A 3-day free trial may be available once per store account — an Apple Account on iPhone, a Google account on Android — subject to that store’s eligibility rules.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and renews automatically until you cancel it. Change plans or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in MilavikaFit, because only the store manages a store subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the rest of the period you have already paid for intact.
Pro is subject to two published fair-use ceilings, both stated on the purchase screen and in the store listing: one on AI photo scans, which a scan of a printed nutrition label also counts against, and one on voice logs, which a typed description also counts against. Nothing else in the app is metered.
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own policies, not by us.
The store is the seller of record, so it takes the payment, handles any tax and issues the receipt — into the store account you bought with. We never receive a copy and cannot issue one. Your purchase history and its receipts live in your App Store or Google Play account, and the store also emails a receipt to the address on that account.
Acceptable use
Do not upload anything you have no right to upload, do not try to break or overload the service, and do not use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and changes
We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, you may cancel and the store’s refund policy applies. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law where you live allows that.
